are concert tickets considered tangible goods?

I am in the middle of a paypal dispute that arose from me selling a buyer on ebay some concert tickets that they didn’t pick up from the post office in time. I am wondering if concert tickets are considered tangible goods since I am protected under paypal’s seller protection program if the item is tangible.
