I wanted to go to the Britney Spears concert, but I don’t know what the tickets mean by “floor” tickets.

So I went online just before 2pm on the Saturday the tickets went on-sale and there was none left!! I tried for one hour and still nothing. My ticketmaster skill level is very high (recently i was able to get floor row one and two for two upcoming concerts) so my computer literacy is not the problem. I also had two friends trying at the same time and nothing. Was there some sort of glitch in the system? or did tickets really sell out in 10 seconds? i have not heard that the concert is sold out, so i’m really at a loss here.
